To continue our growth, we are looking to enhance our dynamic team with the addition of highly skilled and successful Sales Coordinators.

As a member of the Mid-Market Sales Team, the Sales Coordinator identifies business opportunities within potential customers through the means of inbound or outbound discovery calls. The Sales Coordinator’s main objective is to schedule a face-to-face meeting for one of TA Networks’ Sales Representatives with the customer contact.

The Sales Coordinator will also have a hand in helping the Sales Representatives prepare customer proposals and will be involved in post sale activities such as preparing sales packages.

The successful candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Share responsibility for the growth and protection of the company’s market share/revenues/profit through identification, development and acquisition of complex accounts with significant revenue opportunities.
  • In conjunction with the Sales Representative, lead the development of complex medium and long-term sales strategies based on the client’s current and future business needs designing unique-to-client business solutions including emerging technologies.
  • Provide weekly activities reports.
  • Accountable for overall management of workload and scheduling.
  • Achieve business and organization goals, visions and objectives. Evolve the role and accountabilities of various functions to meet business requirements.

Core competencies and skills:

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven track record in Telco, selling technical client solutions.
  • Knowledge of the Mid Market segment
  • Solid understanding of call center operations.
  • Ability to prospect and identify opportunities while developing strong client relationships.
  • Demonstrates strength in understanding and influencing team dynamics and full grasp of business issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in both the French & English languages, read, spoken and written, with no significant limitation.
